About the role:

We are looking for Hospitality Shift Leaders to join our busy Hospitality Department providing catering to students, staff and visitors to the campus all year round. The role involves supervising team members, working as part of a team to ensure that the customer experience is optimised. 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to motivate the team 
  • Have excellent standards of customer service in a customer focused environment
  • Be confident in providing team members with operational training
  • Have knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, licencing laws 
  • Be able to work well as part of a team
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure during busy periods

The role includes early morning, evening and weekend working on a 5 out of 7 days per week contract (36.5 hours per week). We are open to consider a variety of flexible work options, including part time or compressed hours, so if you are unable to work the hours advertised, but would like to explore alternative flexible options, then we would still love to hear from you.
