We have a great opportunity for a MBA Recruitment Manager with the passion and proactivity needed to nurture candidates, build lasting relationships and ability to identify top talent, to join the School of Management at Bath.

What you will do

As our MBA Recruitment Manager, we would like you to use your resourcefulness to implement recruitment strategies that target high calibre candidates for our MBA programme suitable through recognising and initiating new channels for student recruitment as well as optimising our existing recruitment approach. 

You will work in close collaboration with our marketing team to define on and offline promotion activities and in turn identify improvements in our recruitment and admissions process that will improve prospect conversion, and overall candidate experience.

A key part of this role will be coordinating, planning and delivering conversion events and providing analysis on the efficacy of each channel in order to increase overall yield.
