We are looking to appoint a driven and creative Marketing Officer to join our busy Marketing and Communications team within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. This is an exciting role where you can bring your marketing experience and innovation and make a real impact.

As Marketing Officer you will play a key part in the implementation of a Faculty wide marketing, communications and recruitment strategy, particularly contributing towards our postgraduate activity.

The role is an exciting opportunity to get involved with and lead on a variety of projects including but not limited to video production, digital campaign management, content creation and event organisation. You will have a strong ability to multi-task and be able to prioritise your workload as this role requires a highly organised individual.

We are looking for a team player that is able to build relationships across the Faculty and wider University, as well as with our external networks. You will bring a can-do approach, demonstrating your own creativity and ability to solve problems and use your own initiative.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, enthusiastic and creative to be part of a forward thinking Faculty and gain a wide range of experiences in the promotion and recruitment of our postgraduate activities.

As a Faculty, we embrace change and provide a supportive environment in which to develop and grow, offering ongoing professional development opportunities with a strong belief in the value of investing in our people and teams. We organise annual Faculty Away days, social events such as book and craft club and are always interested in new ideas. We also love to support our local community and charities through various fundraising events. Click here for Further information.
