The role:

  • Based in the department of Estates the post holder will maintain, update and ensure the accuracy of the University of Bath’s’ building plans, records, databases and archives that are essential for the effective running of the department  
  • They will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and to work proactively to achieve high standards
  • They will also line manage the CAD/BIM Technician

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in a building services related topic or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
  • Experience of implementing and developing management information systems and processes in a large organisation
  • Working knowledge and experience of space management and planning
  • A working knowledge of Archibus FM or similar CAFM system and AutoCAD & REVIT
