Accommodation options if you are a couple
Our postgraduate accommodation options for couples are:
- Canal Wharf (double-bed flats, double bedrooms)
- Clevelands Building (double-bed flats, double-bed studios)
- Eveleigh Waterside
Our undergraduate accommodation options for couples are:
- John Wood Court (double-bed flats)
- Woodland Court (double-bed rooms in shared flats with Eat & Drink credit)
- Polden (double bed flat)
- The Quads (double bed flat)

We have a limited number of accommodation suitable for couples, so we cannot guarantee you accommodation.
We will let you know if there is no couples accommodation available, so you can apply for a single room.
Family accommodation
The University has limited accommodation if you are travelling with your family.
We give priority to:
- new international students coming to Bath for the first time
- new students who may find it difficult to find private accommodation due to disability, health or welfare reasons
Family accommodation is available in:
- Esther Parkin - two to four bedroom accommodation is between £335 and £407 a week
- Eveleigh Waterside - one bedroom accommodation is £486 a week
- Cotswold Family House - two bedroom accommodation is £375 a week
Due to limited availability, we are unable to guarantee you accommodation.
We will let you know if there is no family accommodation available so you can apply for a single room or look for accommodation in the private sector.
When to apply
Postgraduate applications open on 13 March 2024.
Undergraduate applications open on 8 May 2024.
The deadline for applications is 1 July 2024.

If you miss the 1 July deadline, you can still apply for accommodation and join the waiting list. We cannot guarantee you a room.
