About this accommodation

Green Park House offers a variety of accommodation and room types to suit your requirements and budgets. There are flats with en-suite bedrooms accommodating from four to 12 students.

Our twodios are self-contained two bedroom apartments, for two students sharing a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area. We have two townhouses, each for 22 students, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, and a large number of studios.

It takes around 15 minutes on the U1 bus to reach campus. The nearest bus stop is located just outside the accommodation. Find out more about the bus routes, times and passes.

To make you feel safe and at home, Green Park House has a secure living environment, with swipe card access to the buildings.

The City Accommodation Centre is located in Green Park House, with open study paces, and parcel collection. The reception is open daily to provide support to our City community of resident students, also our Student Living Support Team run regular events from Green Park House for all of our city resident students.

All student accommodation at the University of Bath is smoke free.

An idyllic location

Less than 1km from the city centre cafes, restaurants, bars and shops, Green Park House student accommodation is in an enviable position.

It’s just across the road from a large supermarket and around the corner from a cinema. Attractions including the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey are a short walk from the property. The Jane Austen Centre is a 7-minute walk away and the infamous Thermae Bath Spa is just 500m away. The nearest train station, Bath Spa, is a ten minute walk away.
