About this accommodation

You can apply to live in Aquila Court through the University's Student Accommodation team. You then speak to CRM Students, who privately manage the accommodation.

Aquila Court offers standard and en-suite rooms a short walk from the heart of beautiful Bath.

The accommodation offers secure bike storage, a gym, games room and communal social space. There is a study space, so you can work in a quiet environment, and superfast broadband and Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation.

To make you feel safe and at home, Aquila Court has CCTV and secure electronic access via a pass card.

There is also a laundry room in the building, so you don't have to go far to do your washing.

Standard bedroom

A standard room costs £168 a week. The bathroom is only shared by two bedrooms.

This is £8,616 for the full 51 weeks and two days contract.

En-suite bedroom

An en-suite room costs £188 a week.

This is £9,696 for the full 51 weeks and two days contract.

Studio room

There is one studio room available in Aquila Court, costing £210 a week.

This is £10,770 for the full 51 weeks and two days contract.

Aquila Court accommodation has a communal kitchen, which provides everything you need for cooking meals and dining.
