Professor Harry Rutter
Harry Rutter is Professor of Global Public Health, Department of Social & Policy Sciences, University of Bath. He is co-chair of the Lancet-Chatham House Commission on population health post-COVID-19 which addresses the interactions between non-communicable disease, infectious disease outbreaks, and environmental degradation. He was a member of the NHS England net zero carbon expert panel, has performed a range of advisory roles to the UK's health systems and the World Health Organization at both European and global levels. He was co-chair of the UK Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) Environmental and Modelling subgroup and attended main SAGE during the COVID-19 pandemic.
His research is focused on effective ways to improve the research, policy and practice responses to complex system problems in public health, with a particular emphasis on transport, built environment, obesity, physical activity, and both communicable and non-communicable diseases.

Alejandro Daly
Alejandro Daly is committed to addressing air pollution and promoting the right to a healthy environment for young people. He is a Master of Public Administration graduate at Columbia SIPA and a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community.
Rising to president of the board at El Derecho a No Obedecer, and a founding member of both the Latin American Coalition for Clean Air and the National Citizen Network for Clean Air, Alejandro is experienced in promoting sustainable environmental policies.
A Venezuelan and a forcibly displaced migrant, Alejandro shares a commitment to fighting xenophobia. Alejandro is also cofounder of the Xenophobia Barometer and was awarded the first Youth Leadership and Innovation Award on Migration.

Sabrina Guzman Skotnitsky
Sabrina Guzman Skotnitsky is a climate justice advocate, artist, researcher and consultant residing in Victoria, Canada. Sabrina has been part of the climate movement since she was 15, and is passionate about helping other young people take action on environmental/social justice issues.
Having witnessed first-hand the impacts of climate change and the effect these have had on her own family, Sabrina developed Creating Climate Resilience, a program of workshops supporting young people to express their feelings and anxiety towards climate change through the medium of art, while studying for her Masters at the University of Victoria. This work has led to the creation of a number of impressive artworks as well as facilitated dialogue between young people on the topic of climate anxiety and mental health.
