Jennifer Morris
Jennifer Morris, CEO of The Nature Conservancy, leads a team of nearly 6,000 staff in more than 80 countries and territories addressing the climate and biodiversity crises. With more than 25 years of experience in conservation, her leadership emphasises proven management, innovative finance solutions, and science-based approaches centred on communities.
Prior to joining TNC, she held key roles at Conservational International, including COO and President during a period of rapid growth. Jennifer has been named to TIME’s inaugural Climate 100 list of leaders, Forbes’ 50 over 50 for Impact and Virginia Business' Virginia 500 Power List. She serves on a range of global councils including the Climate Advisory Board for NBIM and Nestlé’s Creating Shared Value Advisory Council. She also chairs the board of Enduring Earth.

Dorcas Wakio Mugo
Dorcas Wakio Mugo is an environmental and climate activist in Kenya. She is the founder of the Mazingira Pamoja Initiative, a youth-led environment organisation which aims to make a significant difference in protecting and restoring the environment while also uplifting local communities and empowering women and girls. Witnessing the neglect of marine ecosystems, the organisation embarked on a mission to restore and revive the mangrove ecosystems and began a climate change training project in schools to help children understand the importance of environmental conservation and the role they can play.
