Dr Bike cycle servicing

Throughout the year, Dr Bike visits campus to offer free support for our cycling community.

Cycling to campus has countless benefits: it can help boost wellbeing, increase fitness, save money, and reduce environmental impacts.

On campus bike mechanics

Frome Community Bike Project attend campus throughout the academic year, providing free basic bike repairs and safety checks.

The mechanics will check your bike over and make any minor adjustments, such as tuning brakes and gears. They can undertake basic repairs, and if any minor, new parts are required, you will be able to pay for them to be fitted there and then. If your bike requires more extensive work, they can provide you with a quote to have it fixed in their workshop.
