Travel and Accommodation

If you are travelling from UK, there are plenty of trains and coaches calling at Bath Spa Station. The closest airport is Bristol (BRS). A bus commutes regularly between the airport and Bath. Local buses U1 & U2 will bring you directly from the city centre to the campus.

If you wish to book accommodation together with other participants, please send an email with your subject [IWEE room] and we will try to hook you up. During the summer, plenty of accommodation on campus will be available to book. Alternatively, check out the vast variety of hostels and hotels in the city centre (make sure you book your accommodation early, as this time of the year is very popular for tourism).

Note that this workshop is partially funded by ESMTB. If you are a member of the society, chances are high to receive travel grants upon application!
