Introduction to Lab Sustainability and LEAF - online

An introductory online workshop suitable for all lab users to share with you sustainable lab practices, and how you can take action through LEAF.

Activity in University laboratories is vital to enabling research at the University, and they also represent a significant area of energy- and resource-intense activities. In line with the University's commitments to take action tackling the climate emergency and sustainability challenges, in this course we will uncover some of the opportunities to embed sustainability in lab practices and processes, while prioritising research quality.

  • Engaging with colleagues and students on sustainability

This course is suitable for all lab users, including researchers, undergraduate and postgraduate students and technical staff. The session will be delivered online.

  • This course is open to students who work in laboratories in Bath
