During the session, you will learn how to analyse your social media activity. We will explore a number of free reporting tools you can use to track the progress of campaigns on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Tom will also demonstrate how you can use the Department of Marketing & Communications' new reporting template to provide insight into your activity and demonstrate return on investment.
Speaker profiles
Tom Mason is the University's Social Media Manager. He is responsible for managing the University's corporate social media profiles and creates regular content to support the University's strategic objectives through its Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube channels. Before joining the University of Bath, he was previously the Senior Social Media Coordinator at The University of Manchester.
