How to access the University photo library, Fotoweb

Fotoweb is an online photo library we use to store a wide selection of University photos covering academic departments, campus views, events and open days, the City of Bath, graduation students.

If you are logged in to a University PC or Mac you can view Fotoweb.

Staff who require download access can become a registered user by emailing photo@bath.ac.uk.

How to search for photos in Fotoweb

All staff can view all available photos in Fotoweb even if they don't have registered access. To search for photos:

• open Fotoweb
• select the 'Image Library' archive to access all photos or you can select a specific archive e.g. Research, Chemistry, Campus Views etc
• enter a search term e.g. lake, Virgil Building, chemistry, city of Bath

You can narrow the search by using one of the words used in our keyword taxonomy.

To copy an image for a document or presentation, select the image you want to use, right click and copy or save the image.
