Your reception is a chance to informally celebrate with your classmates, departmental staff and guests.

Getting to your reception

The receptions will be held on Bath Recreation Ground.

There is a Bath and North East Somerset Council operated short-stay car park at Bath Pavilion and another car park just across the road at Bath Cricket Club.

Each reception will last an hour and a half and light refreshments will be served on arrival.

Your department will hold speeches or award prizes approximately half way through the reception. If there's anything you need to know in advance they will get in touch with you directly.

A roving photographer will be present at the receptions. The photographs will be circulated afterwards for you to download free of charge. If you don't want to be included in photographs please let the photographer know.

Bringing guests to your reception

Tickets for the reception are free of charge and you are welcome to bring your guests along.

You can bring up to four guests to the reception.

You will be sent the form to register for your reception after you've registered for your ceremony.

Please register all guests you plan to bring and let us know on the booking form whether you or they have specific dietary requirements.
