Saturday Applicant Visit Day

A number of our departments are holding Saturday Applicant Visit Days on 9 February 2019 and 13 April 2019. If you have been invited find out what to expect.

About Applicant Visit Days

Choosing where to study your undergraduate degree is a big decision. Our Applicant Visit Days give you the inside track on what it's like to study here and the chance to ask all the questions you need to make your decision.

You can come to an Applicant Visit Day when you have received an offer of a place to study at Bath, or if you have an interview for your course.

You will learn more about the subjects you'll study and meet current students and members of staff. You can also learn about the admissions process and take a tour of the University's facilities.

Want to extend your visit to Bath? Stay a night on campus and really experience the University.

Saturday Applicant Visit Day Schedule

10am-10.45am: Start your visit to campus with a welcome presentation from a member of our Outreach Team for an overview of the University. They will be joined by colleagues from Student Services, Accommodation, the Student Union and Academic Skills Centre to give you further insight into what life is like as a student at Bath.

10.45am-12pm: Have a look around our information fair in the impressive Chancellor’s Building where representatives from the above departments as well as Student Funding and Sport will be happy to chat and answer any questions you may have.

10.45am-4pm: Meet some of our current students to discover more about living in halls from those who have experienced it first hand! You’ll be able to tour around several different accommodation blocks and see examples of bedrooms and communal areas.

In addition to the above the academic department you are visiting will send you a schedule at least 1 week before the event outlining department specific activities.
