Terms and Conditions – Prize draw for student sustainability pack prize draw

Entrants will have accepted these terms and conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when entering this promotion.

  1. The free prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to all students currently studying at the University of Bath.
  2. The Promotion will start on Friday 19 September 2025 at 9.00am (“Starting Date”).
  3. The Promotion will close on Wednesday 1 October 2025 at 9.00am (“Closing Date”).
  4. To take part in the Promotion, the entrant (“Entrant”) must enter their email address on the online Form.
  5. There is a maximum of one entry per person.
  6. There will be one winner only.
  7. The winner will be drawn at random in the week commencing Monday 6 October 2025.
  8. The winner will be notified by email by a member of the Sustainability team by Friday 10 October 2025.
  9. The winner will receive a Student Sustainability Starter Set containing a range of household and food-based items (“The Prize”).
  10. There is no cash alternative to the Prize.
  11. To claim the Prize, the Winner must respond to the Sustainability team within 14 working days (“Claim Period”).
  12. If the Winner does not respond within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize or prizes to the equivalent value.
  14. Details of the Winners will be available for one month after the Closing Date by writing to sustainability@bath.ac.uk
  15. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind which may affect submitting, receipt or processing of your entry.
  16. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all respects on all Entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
  17. The competition winner must be prepared to feature in a promotional article and or blog, where an image of them with their prize will be featured along with a quote by them.
  18. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
