What is Equalex?

Equalex is a work experience framework designed to improve the quality, consistency, and impact of placements. It focuses on ensuring young people gain genuine insights into the world of work, develop key employability skills, and participate safely and inclusively. Completing a work experience schedule is a core part of Equalex, helping placements meet the Equalex learning objectives and deliver a positive experience for both the learner and the host organisation.
