Time to Talk 2019

University Health, Safety and Environment Service (UHSE) is hosting a Time to Talk Café to encourage people to break the silence around mental health issues.

The Time to Talk theme for 2019 highlights that there are lots of different ways to have a conversation about mental health. And you don’t have to be an expert to talk.

That’s why we’re taking part in Time to Talk Day again – because we should all be able to talk about mental health anywhere, including at work.

There will be free hot drinks and cake. Please feel free to bring your own lunch.

There will be a donation box with proceeds going to Mind.

Time to Talk Day is organised by Time to Change, the campaign to change how we all think and act about mental health problems.

Please be aware that we are unable to provide individual advice on issues. If you need help for yourself, please contact Student Services if you are a student, or the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) if you are a staff member.
