This research project – led by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), the Institute for Policy Research (IPR), the Department of Economics and the Department of Psychology of the University of Bath – seeks to explore the factors that affect business compliance of food safety and standards regulation, and design interventions that encourage food business operators to improve compliance with food safety regulation.
