We look forward to welcoming you to our accommodation. Our new students arrive over two days, Friday 20 and Saturday 21 September 2024. This is to help manage everyone arriving, ease traffic and ensure you arrive at the same time as your new housemates .
If you are due to arrive on Friday 20 September, this does not affect your contract start date of Saturday 21 September.
You can use the below table to find your arrival time and where to collect your keys. Undergraduate arrival times will be updated 01 July 2024. Please note these times may be subject to change, so we recommend you check for updates regularly and especially before you travel.
If you are unable to arrive in your given time slot, you are still welcome to arrive at a different time. Make sure you read the information about arriving out of hours.

Arriving out of hours
If you plan to arrive outside of 9am to 5pm please complete this form so that we can prepare for your arrival.
If you are moving into campus accommodation, go to the West Accommodation Centre.
If you are moving into city accommodation, go to the City Accommodation Centre.
When you arrive, contact the Security team on +44 (0)1225 385349 and they will help you to collect your keys.
Parking Permits
Parking permits will be available to download and print from 01 September.
