Integrated Human Performance
Studies aim to understand the limits of sports performance and improve athletic performance.
Aims to maintain, enhance or re-establish human function in sports performers and personnel employed in arduous occupations.
Research aims to design interventions that help people to stay motivated and maintain lifestyle changes over the long term to improve health.
The effects of physical activity on wellbeing, and the social, cultural and physical environmental factors.
