Career

Michelle is a behavioural safety specialist, with over 30 years in the infrastructure industry. She is serving as the Project Services Director at EDF Energy where she supports the construction phase of the Hinkley Point C Project.

She is also:

• a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building
• a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors
• a Fellow of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health

Michelle also advises the British Army. She is commissioned as a Royal Engineer, holding the officer rank Colonel in the Engineering Logistics Staff Corps.
