The Bath PhD (both full-time and part-time) enables candidates to earn both a Master in Research (MRes) and PhD in one unified programme, taking the same amount of time and for the same fee as a standard PhD programme.

1. Provides candidates with a comprehensive taught training in management research methods that is recognised by award of an MRes degree after the first year of registration.
