Woodland Court student accommodation

Located in leafy green surroundings, Woodland Court offers accommodation for first-year undergraduates that’s within easy reach of all our campus facilities.

Woodland Court offers spacious en-suite bedrooms and shared rooms for nearly 400 undergraduate students. Most students live with between 14 and 18 students sharing a communal kitchen together. There are some smaller flat groups of 7 to 10 students sharing available as well. Located on the east side of campus, it's just a five minute walk to the Library and Student's Union. To make you feel safe and at home, Woodland Court has a secure living environment, with swipe card access to the buildings and flats and a dedicated operations team.

Ensuite rooms in Woodland Court cost between £231 and £237 per week. There are 309 ensuite rooms in Woodland Court.

Shared ensuite bedroom

Sharing a room is a great way to get a reduced price on your accommodation. The shared ensuite bedrooms in Woodland Court are priced at £116. Living in Woodland Court shared rooms you have £25 Eat and Drink credit charged on top of your weekly rent, which buys at least one meal a day. Eat and Drink credit is charged for 33 weeks of the 38 week contract.

  • small 122cm x 183cm double bed
  • your own en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin
  • a large communal kitchen shared with your flatmates
  • washing machine in kitchen

Shared rooms have:

  • two standard 91cm x 183cm single beds with reading lights
  • two desks, each with a chair and drawers
  • two wardrobes, each with a mirror

Room numbers

Woodland Court is made up of eight accommodation blocks. Each has three or four floors with 18 bedrooms on. Your room details contain your building, floor, block, flat and room number. For example, the room number W1A1.01 means you are located in Woodland Court, floor one, block A, flat one, room one.

Accommodation for students with a diagnosed medical condition or disability

If you have a diagnosed medical condition or disability, Woodland Court has 27 large accessible bedrooms that can be adapted to suit your individual needs.

All of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with a range of adaptations including baths, wet rooms, grab rails, pull cords, raised toilets and wheelchair charge points. We are happy to make further adaptations to give you what you need.
