The Access and Participation Plan Consultation

Learn more about our Access and Participation Plan (APP) and the APP consultation process

In October, the Office for Students (OfS) released its consultation on a new approach to regulating equality of opportunity, which lays out proposed changes to Access and Participation plans for Higher Education Providers. The University is now in the process of rewriting its APP.

One of the key priorities in the APP rewrite process is to ensure that the our new aims and objectives are built collaboratively with the university community, and to create spaces for staff to be able to contribute to the creation of the new APP in a meaningful way. To support with the rewrite of the Access and Participation Plan, we would like to invite you and your teams to attend APP consultation workshops.
