There are periodic slides that include time for self-reflection, with advice on resources you might need and the options for completing the self-reflection exercises. The five sections of the workshop will cover areas such as how to embrace vulnerability, identifying worries and fears and changing your mindset, with hints and tips on building resilience. This also includes building resilience for University.
