The Microeconomic Theory Research Group hosts regular events that bring together experts from within the University of Bath, other institutions and the wider industry.

A workshop on the role of auctions in the allocation of resources

22 - 23 May 2025

This workshop examined the role of auctions in allocating resources in various fields and industries, including economic, social, and computational.

The two-day event brought together researchers and industry professionals for a range of sessions covering theoretical and empirical research around this topic.

It included insights from guest speakers (details below) who shared their perspectives and detailed recent advancements and key challenges.
