Get proof you were a student at Bath
How to obtain proof that you were a student at Bath, the dates you were here, and any award you obtained
Confirming your study dates or award
If you require a letter which confirms the dates you studied at Bath and/or your award you should email Academic Registry (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You should include the following information in your email:
- your full name
- your date of birth
- the name of your course
- the year you graduated
- the number of copies you require
- a copy of photo ID (e.g. driving licence/passport)
In addition please let us know if you would like us to send your letter by email or by post, and the address you would like us to send it to. We can send letters either as PDF attachments and/or paper copies in the post.
