Everyone has different plans after university, and everyone's career journey is different. Whether you're just starting to think about your future or you're already applying for opportunities, Your Career Readiness will help you identify exactly where you are in your career journey. It lets you select a stage that matches your current situation and suggests things you can do to support your next steps.
Access Your Career Readiness via MyFuture
Why you should use it
Your career thinking develops throughout your time at university. As you update your stage on Your Career Readiness, the 'Things you can do' section refreshes with a curated selection of resources tailored to where you are now - not where you were six months ago. It cuts through the noise so you're not wading through content that isn't relevant to you yet.
How it works
Access Your Career Readiness in MyFuture
You'll see your current career readiness stage if you've registered with the university. Your initial stage is based on a question you answered at registration.
Check your stage reflects where you are
Your stage might still be accurate - if so, you're all set! If not, update it in under 30 seconds by choosing from one of 10 statements.
View your tailored recommendations
Under Things you can do, find personalised recommendations for resources and insights matched to exactly where you are.
Update whenever you like
As your career thinking develops, come back and update your statement to refresh the recommendations—update as many times as you like.
