Campus Infrastructure have a Recruitment Referral Scheme for some of our roles.

Refer someone for an identified role and if they're appointed, you may be eligible to receive £500 the month after they pass their 6 months’ probation. There is currently no limit to how many people you can refer or how many times you can receive the referral bonus.

Eligible roles will be marked at the bottom of the advert on the University jobs website with the following text: This role is eligible for the Campus Infrastructure Refer a Friend bonus.

Referred candidates must select ‘Referred by a current member of staff’ when answering the question ‘Where did you learn of this job?’ on the application form. The referrer must notify HR that they have referred a candidate.
