Paying your student accommodation fees
When and how you can accept your accommodation contract and pay your fees.
When to pay your fees
We will email you with an offer of accommodation. Once you receive this, you can accept your contract and pay your fees at the same time. You can check your balance online.
Your acceptance of your accommodation contract is only valid if you supply payment details. You cannot make an acceptance without them.
How to pay your fees
Depending on your method of payment, you can choose to pay your fees in full or in instalments.
Pay your fees online
As an undergraduate or postgraduate student, you can accept your accommodation offer and pay your fees online.
You can pay in full by debit or credit card. You can also choose to pay by Direct Debit in instalments.
You will need to enter payment details on the secure payment screen when you accept your accommodation contract.
Pay your fees by post, fax, or in person
You can pay your fees in full or in instalments.
As an undergraduate student, you will pay your fees in three instalments.
As a postgraduate student, you will pay your fees in four instalments. When you accept your contract, you must pay £400 upfront (not a deposit) that will contribute towards your first instalment.
We recommend that you pay by:
