Exceptional teaching

Led by leading academics in their fields, the teaching quality on the MSc Economics is exceptional. It's the combination of theory with real life applications which most excites me. The course is providing me with top level skills for dealing with a wide range of theoretical and real-world issues in economics.

Pursuing my interests

Before coming to Bath I was working as a planning specialist for a regional development agency in Turkey, and will be returning when I graduate. In my role, I research economics and social and environmental issues with policy implications; this research is being used to construct financial grant mechanisms within the region.

My dissertation has enabled me to continue this regional analysis and, together with my new skills, I hope to pursue my interests in regional development, growth and industrial policy.
