Start a project

If you've got an idea for your own sustainability project or solution:

Inspire the next generation

By becoming a Climate Ambassador, you could volunteer your time and expertise to work with local primary and secondary schools. You’ll help them learn about climate change, work on sustainable solutions and develop your leadership skills.

Make active changes

Small actions can spark big change. By making proactive choices, you can build positive habits and join Bath’s growing community of changemakers.

Reduce waste on campus

Keep an eye out for the Leave No Trace campaign across campus. Get involved in these easy initiatives that combat waste and save you money along the way:

  • recycle right in your accommodation and reduce your environmental impact
  • grab a bargain with Munch Box or Too Good To Go and save money while reducing food waste
  • join the Exchange reusable scheme for both your coffee cups and pizza boxes
  • make use of the community larder to donate and collect items

Travel with purpose

Shake up your journey to campus and opt for cycling, walking, and scooting. Active travel doesn’t just cut your environmental impact, it saves you money, boosts your wellbeing, and keeps up fitness.
