Take part in our study about physical activity in primary schools

Help us understand the views of primary school teachers, parents, and stakeholders on in-school physical activity data of primary school pupils.

About this research study

The aim of this study is to explore views on primary school pupils' in-school physical activity data.

This research is part of a wider project at University of Bath. It aims to understand pupils' physical activity and how schools can be supported to encourage physical activity in children.

If you would like to take part, you will be asked questions about yourself - such as your age, teaching experience (if any), and your opinion of physical activity in school. Then you will view physical activity data and answer questions based on how you respond to the information.

The questionnaire includes data from 292 schools, and from over 18,000 primary school pupils, who have worn commercially available physical activity bands during an academic year.

The study is completely anonymous and no identifiable information will be collected about you.

Anyone who is involved in primary schools is also welcome to participate. You do not need to have prior knowledge of primary schools or education to take part in this study.
