Health Psychology MSc Welcome Week timetable

During Welcome Week 2023 you must attend department and central Welcome Week events which will help you settle into University life.


Arrivals Weekend is from Friday 22 September to Sunday 24 September 2023.

Welcome Week runs from Monday 25 September to Friday 29 September 2023.

University Life

You must attend a University Life session taking place over arrivals weekend. Find your University Life time slot. It’s important that you attend this.

12.15pm 1.05pm The Parade The SU Sports Day: Use this free time to meet the sports clubs and teams and find out how to join. This is an optional activity.

2.15pm 3.05pm East Building 1.1 Academic Skills ‘Taking a critical approach to your reading’

Thursday 28 September

10.15am 11.05am Online event, Zoom Be the Change: Understand the community of the University of Bath, and how you can be an active bystander and promote equality.
2.15pm 3.05pm The Parade The SU Groups Day: Find out about all of the Student groups on offer and how to get involved. This is an optional activity
3.15pm 4.05pm Chancellors' Building 1.10 Academic Skills ‘Critical voice in academic writing’

Friday 29 September

Start Finish Location Description
12.15pm 1.05pm Founders Hall The SU Freshers Fair: Use this free time to explore what's on offer at the University and in Bath and pick up some freebies. This is an optional activity.

The Students' Union also runs optional Freshers' Week activities you might be interested in.
