Our team will access your accommodation to complete the following essential maintenance audits.

We will regularly access your accommodation to carry out essential maintenance audits to ensure your accommodation is safe and well-maintained in line with health and safety standards.

The table below outlines common maintenance audit, but it is not exhaustive. For any additional work not listed, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice
