Semester two applications 2026
Applications for Semester two open on 01 December 2025. All students are welcome to apply, but availability is limited and not guaranteed. Allocations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Semester two contract dates are 30 January 2026 to 13 June 2026. Check your eligibility and apply for semester two accommodation
Allocations will commence on 17 December and will continue until all rooms have been fully assigned. Allocations will be subject to availability.
Please note: The Allocations Office will be closed from 25 December 2025 to 1 January 2026 (inclusive). During this period, no room allocations will be processed or sent. Allocations will resume after this time and will be subject to availability.

Euromaster students
Applications for semester two Euromaster student accommodation open on 01 December 2025. The Department of Politics, Languages & International Studies will contact you directly to confirm your eligibility to apply for accommodation.
Deadline for Guaranteed accommodation is 12 December. You can still apply for accommodation after this date; however, accommodation will not be guaranteed.

Exchange students

Semester one applications 2026/27
Euromaster students
The Department of Politics, Languages & International Studies will contact you directly to confirm your eligibility to apply for accommodation.
If you are an eligible Euromaster student you will be able to make an application from 12 March 2026.
Deadline for applications is 01 August 2026. If your application is received by this date, you will be guaranteed an allocation into Euromaster accommodation in Pulteney Court and you will receive your allocation on Wednesday 05 July.
Applications received after 01 August 2026 are not guaranteed a room at Pulteney Court and may be placed in other available single semester accommodations.
Exchange students
The International Mobility Team will contact you directly to confirm your eligibility to apply for accommodation.
If you are an eligible Exchange student you will be able to make an application from 12 March 2026.
The deadline for guaranteed accommodation is 01 August 2026. If your application is received by this date, you will receive you allocation on Wednesday 05 August.

Short-term stays
If you are looking for a short-term stay in our accommodation, you can now apply to stay in one of our student rooms in specific halls of residence. For more information, please contact our ResLife team.
If you are looking to stay from June to September, we offer accommodation for students on a casual let basis for a minimum of 10 days in dedicated accommodation. For more information, contact our ResLife team, or visit the short term accommodation webpage. For shorter stays during the summer, you can book to stay in our guest accommodation.
For all other single semester requirements, you will need to find accommodation in the Private Sector. You can also contact our Private Sector advice team for support with renting privately managed accommodation in Bath.
