All students who accept their accommodation allocation offer are subject to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions form part of your accommodation contract, it is important that you read them carefully. Please select the relevant version for your contract dates.

2025/26 accommodation terms and conditions

If you are a student living in university managed accommodation for the 2025/26 academic year, including single semester students, then please read these terms and conditions.

January 2026 postgraduate arrivals

If you are a postgraduate taught (PGT) student living in university managed accommodation, from January 2026 to January 2027, please read these terms and conditions.
