We research the learning and teaching of languages, focusing on the use of technology like AI, power, knowledge, ideology, identity, and interculturality.

What is the LITE Research Group?

We focus on the roles language and technology play in diverse educational contexts.

We draw on an array of theories, methodologies and analytical frameworks for studying language, education and their interrelatedness including quantitative, corpus-based, qualitative, participatory, arts-based, digital, critical, intersectional, and discourse approaches.
