Help to Grow: Management
The Small Business Charter funded Help to Grow: Management is a 12-week leadership development programme for managers and decision-makers in small and medium-sized enterprises.
You'll learn about financial management, innovation, digital transformation and other key areas.
The course combines online sessions with face-to-face learning, alongside peer support and mentoring.

Leadership Dialogues @ Bath
Over 250 delegates from the South West attended Leadership Dialogues on 2 July at The Forum, Bath. This year's theme ‘Leadership as a Force for Good’ called on leaders to explore how leadership can drive positive change and benefit communities, organisations, and society as a whole. ExCELL is proud to be supporting the Leadership Dialogues 2026 event, where we are looking at expanding the different sector strands and will be devising new initiatives to help move theory to action. We aim to work together with the community to change the mindset from deficiency and helplessness to ownership, accountability and being a force for good in the world.
