ExCELL is proud to sponsor Leadership Dialogues, an annual in-person event designed to inspire and connect leaders and aspiring leaders from all sectors, on Wednesday 2 July 2025 at The Forum in Bath.
This year’s theme, "Leadership as a Force for Good," calls on leaders from all walks of life to explore how leadership can drive positive change and benefit communities, organisations, and society as a whole. It’s an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, share ideas and be inspired by a collective vision of leadership that puts purpose and integrity at its heart.

Help to Grow: Management
Help to Grow: Management is a 12-week leadership development programme for managers and decision-makers in small and medium-sized enterprises.
You'll learn about financial management, innovation, digital transformation and other key areas.
The course combines online sessions with face-to-face learning, alongside peer support and mentoring.
