Unlocking Gen Z in the workplace

This session will focus on who Gen Z are, what drives them and how they’re reshaping today’s workplace. Led by Zavier Coyne, Co-Founder of Gen Z Coach, you will explore the gaps between generations, the challenges these create and the opportunities they unlock for organisations. With practical insights and tools, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to engage, support and retain young talent, helping to unlock the full potential of Gen Z at work.

Who is this event for?

  • HR and talent development professionals
  • Managers of early-career professionals
  • Learning and development specialists
  • Managers and leaders at all levels
  • Business owners and shareholders
  • Anyone curious about generational dynamics in the workplace

What will the session cover?

  • The social, technological and cultural factors shaping Gen Z
  • The challenges and opportunities faced by early-career professionals, managers and businesses in today's multigenerational workplace
  • The timeless behavioural skillset of generational intelligence and how to navigate age-based assumptions
  • Practical tips to strengthen multigenerational communication and build stronger relationships with early career professionals
  • Space to ask questions directly to a Gen Z engagement expert - who is also Gen Z himself

What can I expect in this session?

Zavier will deliver an interactive talk followed by a Q&A session. Expect to leave with new perspectives and actionable strategies you can immediately apply in your workplace. Members of the audience are encouraged to engage and ask questions throughout.
