We have a variety of options if you are looking to visit the University and need a short term stay in our accommodation.
The minimum stay for short term stays is 10 days, and the maximum is 6 months.
Visiting Academics and Staff
If you are a visiting academic or a member of staff looking for short term accommodation you can apply to live in:
We have year round availability. Accommodation can get booked up many months in advance. We recommend you send an accommodation enquiry early to check availability before booking any travel arrangements.
For non student bookings VAT will be charged on top of the room rate for the first 28 nights.

If you are looking to stay from June to September, we offer accommodation for students on a casual let basis for a minimum of 10 days in dedicated accommodation. For more information, contact our ResLife team.
For shorter stays during the summer, you can book to stay in our guest accommodation.
