We have year-round availability, the minimum stay is 10 days and the maximum is six months. Accommodation can get booked up many months in advance. We recommend you send an accommodation enquiry early to check availability before booking any travel arrangements.
For non-student bookings VAT will be charged on top of the room rate for the first 28 nights.

Student single semester accommodation

Student short term stays (term time)
We can offer a limited number of rooms to students for short term stays during term time. Stays are for a minimum of five nights up to a maximum of 3 months.
Room bedding and basic kitchen packs are provided for students in our short-term casual let stay accommodation.
Rooms are available in Eveleigh Waterside.
We will contact you to confirm if a room is available for your dates, and full payment in advance is required to confirm booking. The University reserves the right to change the offer of short term accommodation room numbers, room types and accommodation locations throughout the year subject to operational needs and room availability.

Student short term stays (summertime)
We offer summer casual let bookings for students from 16 June to 14 September 2026.
If you need to extend your stay in your term-time room, you can request an extension up to 16 June. Please note that extensions are not available in all buildings. If we are unable to extend your current room, we will offer an alternative accommodation.
Accommodation options for summer casual lets will be announced by 1 April 2026. Accommodation will be available on campus in both standard and ensuite rooms.

Preseason summer stays
Students invited to take part in pre-season training will be able to stay in university managed accommodation prior to the start of the academic year. For further information please contact reslife@bath.ac.uk.
Guest Accommodation
