Academic Registry will be closed for the winter holiday between 5pm on Thursday 21 December 2023 and 9am on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
If you contact us after 12pm on Wednesday 20 December 2023 you’ll receive an automatic acknowledgement from us, but we may not be able to respond to your enquiry until we return on Tuesday 2 January 2024. We won't be able to respond to any emergency requests over the holiday.
This will affect you if you contact us to:
- make an enquiry to our email address, or our timetabling, student records, exams, student data and graduation services
- request a transcript
- request a letter confirming that you are or were a student
- change your name, gender and pronouns
- verify a student's details, their award or a certificate
- get certificates or copies of certificates
- speak to us through our helpline
