The majority of departments at the University, including Academic Registry, will close for the winter holiday from the end of Thursday 23 December 2021 and will re-open on Tuesday 4 January 2022.
This will affect you if you contact us, for example to:
- make an enquiry to our email address, or our timetabling, student records, exams, student data and graduation services
- request a transcript
- request a letter confirming that you are or were a student
- verify a student's details, their award or a certificate
- get certificates or copies of certificates
- speak to us through our helpline
If we’re not able to respond to your enquiry before 12pm on Wednesday 22 December you’ll receive an acknowledgement from us, and we’ll be in contact with you again after 4 January.
