Doctoral College Handbook
The Doctoral College Handbook provides a user-friendly guide to the expectations we have of our students and supervisors. It also sets out the supportive environment we provide to enable every doctoral student to have the best possible experience while undertaking their studies. The Handbook complements the formal guidance set out in the Code of Practice and Regulations.
Code of Practice
Our quality management framework for doctoral study is set out in the University’s Quality Assurance Code of Practice. Quality Assurance Statement 7 (QA7) sets out the most important principles and procedures applicable to higher degrees by research.
Regulations
Our research degrees are subject to rules and regulations which may change from time to time. You should refer to the Regulations for Students for the latest admissions regulations and conditions for the award of higher degrees.
