Staying on campus

There are nearly 1,500 rooms available at our vibrant campus, conveniently situated for all conference sessions.

All rooms are en-suite, and include double, twin and single rooms. All rooms come with bedding, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, and tea and coffee making facilities in a shared kitchen. Breakfast will be served at one of our catering outlets each morning.

On-campus accommodation is available from Sunday 23 to Friday 28 June (inclusive). Prices start at £58.80 per night.

Our campus is a short bus ride away from the city centre on the east side of Bath. It features amenities such as a gym, a convenience store, and food and drink outlets for socialising.

Amending a booking

If you are looking to modify your booking, please contact a member of our Conference & Events team on +44 (0)1225 383441 or email conferencesandevents@bath.ac.uk.

If you would like to book an additional night, please make a new booking through the online store and we will merge your reservations with new arrival and departure dates.

Cancelling a booking

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact a member of our Conference & Events team on +44 (0)1225 383441 or email conferencesandevents@bath.ac.uk.

Please note that all bookings can be cancelled or refunded up to seven days prior to your arrival. Any bookings cancelled within seven days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee.

Accommodation for family members

Unfortunately, we do not have any suitable family accommodation available on campus, as most of our available accommodation is single-occupancy. We also have a limited amount of double-occupancy bedrooms available.

As per our University Safeguarding policy, all children under 18 years old must be supervised at all times.

Bath has plenty of hotels, bed & breakfasts and holiday lets available throughout the city centre.

Extending a stay on Saturday 29 June

Accommodation is available on the west side of campus in Polden or in the city centre at Green Park House. Make a booking for guest accommodation.

All our available bedrooms for EURAM 2024 have ensuite bathrooms.

Small Doubles in Woodland Court

Our Small Double rooms in Woodland Court are only suitable for one person.

Staying in Bath

A range of hotel options are available in the city centre.

We have partnered with Meet Bristol & Bath to secure approximately 500 hotel rooms in the city centre.

City centre hotel rates start at £139 per night.

The city of Bath is a UNESCO World Heritage site with many beautiful historic attractions, as well as plentiful restaurants and bars. The School of Management is a short bus ride away and can also be accessed by taxi or on foot.

The Bird is the closest hotel to Claverton Down campus, located on the U1/U2 bus route or a 30-minute walk away. Preferential rates are available throughout the conference, starting at £175 per night (bed and breakfast). To secure one of these rooms, please email reservations@thebirdbath.co.uk or call 01225 580438 before Sunday 31 March 2024, and mention the EURAM 2024 conference when booking.
