Step 1: Apply

Complete our online application form. Applying will take you approximately 20 minutes.

You will need:

• to create an online account
• digital copies of your most recent transcripts and certificates
• to complete the online application form

Step 2: Your offer

After you have applied, you will be able to use our Application Tracker. We will email you a username and password.

You can use Application Tracker to:

• upload important documents, like a copy of your visa or qualifications
• get your offer letter online
• accept an offer
• apply for a scholarship

Step 3: Pay your deposit

Once we offer you a place, you will need to pay a deposit to secure it. Your place on the course will not be secure until you have paid your deposit and accepted your place on Application Tracker.

You will need:

• £1,500 deposit
• to pay your deposit using Application Tracker

Next steps

Once you have met all conditions set out in your offer letter, you will:

• receive an unconditional offer
• get further information about preparing to study at Bath

Start your application

If you cannot apply online, please contact us. We aim to process applications within four to six weeks after submission. We recommend you apply as early as possible.

Offers

We will email you a username and password after we receive your application.

You can use Application Tracker to:

• get essential information about your application, funding and accommodation
• upload important documents, like a copy of your visa or qualifications
• get your offer letter online
• update your personal details
• accept an offer
• pay your deposit (see below)
• apply for a scholarship

We will contact your referee by email requesting a reference. If successful, we will notify you by email and you will be able to view your offer letter via Application Tracker.

Deposit

The £1,500 deposit is non-refundable unless:

• you fail to meet the conditions of your offer
• you fail to get a visa (if required)
• you cancel within 14 days of payment

We will deduct the £1,500 from your course tuition fee when you register at the University.

Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies

If you need a visa to study, we will produce a Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) approximately three months before the start of the course.
