Career

Tingting Yang works as the Vice President, Global Head of Sustainability at HH Global. As a member of the company’s senior leadership team, she leads the global sustainability strategy, embedding sustainability as one of the organisation’s strategic pillars alongside growth, innovation and technology. Her remit spans commercial strategy, global procurement and supply chain operations, with a focus on aligning financial performance, environmental impact and long-term value creation.

Previously, Tingting served as ESG Transformation Manager at Diageo in London, following her role as Corporate Relations Director at Diageo China. She also served Diageo Global as China Affairs Advisor, operating at the intersection of corporate strategy, government engagement and international markets.

Earlier in her career, Tingting held senior roles including:

• Head of Outreach, FCDO, British Consulate-General Shanghai,

Tingting is the first Chinese citizen appointed as an IELTS Examiner in China by the British Council. In 2023, she was shortlisted for the Business category at the Asian Women of Achievement Awards for her contribution to business, gender equality and UK–China relations.
