The Brook contract is 51 weeks.
The Brook offers modern ensuite rooms, just 26-minute bus ride away, and a short walk from the heart of beautiful Bath.
The accommodation offers a fully equipped gym, a cinema room and games area. With communal study spaces, you can find dedicated space to work alone or collaboratively. Enjoy super-fast Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation, all bills and contents insurance included in your rent.
To make you feel safe and at home, The Brook has CCTV and secure electronic access via a key fob. There is a on-site residents team to help you with everything you need.
